Modeling the Mission | Mark 6:30-44

Jesus continues to capture the attention of everyone! From the local people to King Herod Antipas himself, we see the impact Jesus is continuing to have in many different settings. This week in Mark 6 we find the familiar account of Jesus feeding the five thousand. He continues to draw people to Himself through His teaching, but now through His compassion and meeting the basic needs of those who encounters. This passage is a great reminder for us to remember how Jesus' mission of love and rescue was made evident as he was always "Modeling the Mission"!
