As lead pastor, Jay is working to see that FBCGF is actively fulfilling the Great Commission and creating a culture of discipleship. He has been senior pastor since January 2018 when he moved to Granite Falls with his family. Jay is a 2005 graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a 2001 graduate of East Carolina University.

T.J. is passionate about relationships, families, and discipleship. He works hard to make our church family a place where people grow in their walk with Jesus. TJ the FBCGF staff in August 2023. He is a graduate of the University of Idaho and Liberty University.

Phyllis and her family have attended FBCGF for a while and she has always been actively involved in leading our "Granite Kids" ministry. We officially welcomed her to our staff in 2024.

Melanie works hard to make sure all runs smoothly at our church! She is great managing the ministries and finances that make our mission effective! Melanie has been on the FBCGF team since June 2015. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University.
